Features
●This machine adopts the chip design of Texas Instruments of the United States. It has diverse programs, high degree of intelligence, and the main parameters of all its electrical components can be adjusted and set in order to meet the requirements of different environment’s and different customers’.
P1 is for the fast enzyme clean, time is 21min. It can be adjusted for separate wash for 5min.
P2 is for the standard clean, time is 57min. It can be adjusted to 35min.
P3 is for the heat disinfection clean (90 ℃ -93 ℃), time is 69min. It can be adjusted to 50min, and can clean and disinfect high temperature resistant equipment; the feature is cleaning first and then disinfecting.
P4 is for chemical disinfection, time is 80min. It can be adjusted to 50min. It can clean and disinfect hoses and other materials which are not high temperature resistant.
P5 is for the fast high-temperature disinfection, time is 61min. It can be adjusted to 30min and can clean and disinfect high temperature resistant equipment; the feature is disinfecting first then cleaning.
P6 is for separate drying procedure, the temperature is 70 ℃ -100 ℃, time is 30min. It can be adjusted to any temperature.
●There are 2 peristaltic pumps and they can be added to 5 at most. Cleaning solution and oil can be added automatically.
●The advanced technology of stainless steel inner tank and machine case make the machine not easy to wear and rust.
●The apparatus car is divided into four layers. The surgical instruments can be placed in eight baskets to clean; when cleaning larger surgical instruments, the one or two layers in the middle can be taken out.
